4. Condition check — joints, brackets, fascia contact points and any visible cracking or misalignment are noted during the clean using the camera system.
5. Completion documentation — photo documentation of condition provided. Any repairs identified are noted with a description and a separate no-obligation quote. Nothing is done without your agreement.

Why method matters

The SkyVac system extracts debris by vacuum from ground level. This means no ladder resting against the fascia board, no operative weight on roof tiles, and a camera record of internal gutter condition throughout. The alternative — manual scooping from a ladder — leaves fine silt and seed debris that compacts and blocks downpipes faster than leaf material.
