The Gutter Team is a professional gutter cleaning and maintenance company based in Farnborough, Hampshire. We have been serving residential and commercial customers across a 10-mile radius — Farnborough, Fleet, Aldershot, Camberley, Farnham, Hook, Yateley, Sandhurst, Church Crookham, Blackwater and surrounding areas — for over ten years.

We are not a national franchise or a lead aggregator. Every enquiry is handled directly. Every job is carried out by our own operatives, using our own equipment, under our own £5 million public liability insurance cover.

What we do

Our core service is gutter cleaning using the SkyVac professional vacuum system — ground-level operation with integrated camera that clears gutters thoroughly and produces photo documentation of every visit. Alongside gutter cleaning we offer downpipe unblocking, gutter repairs, gutter guard installation, fascia and soffit cleaning, and scheduled maintenance plans for homeowners and landlords.

Our approach

Quoted before, not after

Every job is priced before work begins. For standard residential properties we can usually price from a description and address. For complex access or unusual gutter profiles we may request a photograph or brief site assessment. Nothing is added to your bill without explicit agreement.

Documentation as standard

Photo documentation of condition is provided as part of the service on every visit. For homeowners it provides reassurance; for landlords it provides compliance documentation. We document condition whether the gutter is in good or poor state — you get the truth.

Repairs reported, not hidden

If we find damage during a clean we photograph it and tell you. We do not attempt to fix it without being asked, and we do not ignore it. You receive a clear description of what was found, a photograph, and a quote. What you do with that information is your decision.

Honest about limitations

Some work is outside our scope — badly rotten fascia boards that need a carpenter, underground drainage beyond the gutter collar, structural issues needing a surveyor. We tell you clearly and suggest next steps. We do not attempt work beyond our expertise.

Insurance and certification

The Gutter Team carries £5 million public liability insurance on all work. Certificates are available on request. Our operatives work safely in accordance with Work at Height Regulations 2005.
